HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is processed & on it’s way you will receive an email with a link to the shipping companies tracking website with detailed information about the status and location of your order.

HOW DO I PERSONALIZE AN ORDER?

If the item you ordered has a personalization option there will be 1 of 2 ways to add personalization.

  1. There will be a drop down at check out you will fill out with all the information needed
  2. At Check out you will add the Name or Initial that you would like on your gift.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

 Please send us an email at wild5designs@comcast.net within 24 hours of ordering your gift.

RETURN POLICY –

 If you need to make a return, we understand, it can happen. This is how we can help you-

  1. We guarantee that you will receive your gift as you ordered it.You verify when you finalize your order that all the information you entered is accurate and correct, including any personalized gifts. 
  2. For this reason we do not accept returns on any personalized gift unless it was an error on our part.
  3. For all other gifts, if a return is needed, simply send us an email with in 7 days of receiving your gift and we will reply back to you with in 24 hours with the simple steps to return your gift!
